Simple pressure calculation for transformer rooms
Pressure calculation according to Pigler
A pressure calculation according to Pigler must be performed for the transformer room in case of an internal arc inside the room.
The stipulated values are:
- Room dimensions
- Size of the pressure relief openings
The calculation must be documented.
The pressure characteristic has to be proved graphically depending on the room volume and the stipulated pressure relief opening.
