Distribution board cubicle including the main busbar according to the preliminary remark, including "central earthing point".
Interconnection of the central earthing point according to the circuit diagram available. The cubicle shall be offered with all cubicle and busbar components.
For the PEN conductor, the current carrying capacity, and for the PE conductors, the short-circuit current carrying capacity must be verified by calculation. The complete conductors of the main equipotential bonding and the foundation earth electrode are connected to the PE conductor.
Form of internal partitioning:
O 1
X 2b
Equipment:
- 1 no. busbar as PEN conductor with insulation to earth, made of flat copper (designed for the max. arising 1-pole current of the complete switchboard)
- 1 no. busbar as splitter bridge between the PEN conductor and the flat copper PE conductor mentioned below (designed for the complete switchboard according to IEC 61439-1, DIN EN 61439-1 (VDE 660 Part 600)), cranked in correct position and interconnected with both conductors (PEN / PE) and with push-on transformer as measured-value sensor for the differential current monitoring of this splitter bridge, adjusted for a differential current detection from 10 A to 100 A, with overload capacity up to 1,000 A. Output adjusted to the evaluation unit mentioned below.
- 1 no. busbar as PE conductor, made of flat copper (designed for the complete switchboard according to IEC 61439-1, DIN EN 61439-1 (VDE 660 Part 600).
- 1 no. control voltage supply, AC 230 V / DC 24 V, 5 A, including the necessary fuse protection.
- 1 no. differential current monitoring relay for fault current detection in the central earthing point described above.
