The technical support for all components has to be ensured for a period of 5 years and includes:

• Nomination of a central contact for all inquiries
• Technical support through specialized experts
• Advisory services and assistance via telephone (2h per case) or e-mail
• Ensured spare parts availability of up to 5 years after product discontinuation

All components of the Process Historian / Information Server are to be tested against the system requirements of the process control system. Compliance of the system requirements has to be confirmed by the manufacturer of the process control system.
