PAC2200 power monitoring device for electrical variables, M-Bus with 1 A/5 A transformer connection, self-powered
Brief summary:
Power monitoring device for DIN-rail mounting with active energy counter. PMD-II according to IEC 61557-12. For the acquisition of basic electrical variables, such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, energy, etc. With multifunctional input and output for expanded function scope as well as standard integrated communication interface for easy integration into higher-level software systems.
The product forms the basis for efficient and sustainable operation over the entire lifecycle of the plant by determining and transmitting measured and status data.
Description of the measurement function:
- True root-mean-square measurement (TRMS) for voltage and current
- Continuous measured value acquisition (zero blind measurement) for sinusoidal or distorted waveform
- Automatic line frequency detection in 50 Hz or 60 Hz networks
- 4-quadrant measurement (import and export)
- Can be used in 2, 3 and 4-wire systems
- Suitable for TN, TT and IT systems
Measured values:
- Voltage (UL-L/UL-N), phase currents (IL)
- Power factor per phase and total, frequency
- Active, reactive and apparent power per phase and total
- Averaging of all measured values directly on the device in two aggregation stages, which are independent of each other and freely configurable (can be read out via communication interface)
- Available energy counters:
Active energy import and export:
* L1, L2, L3, total (L1+L2+L3) for each of 2 tariffs
* Total (L1+L2+L3), total for both tariffs
Reactive energy import and export:
* L1, L2, L3, total (L1+L2+L3) for each of 2 tariffs
* Total (L1+L2+L3), total for both tariffs
Apparent energy:
* L1, L2, L3, total (L1+L2+L3) for each of 2 tariffs
* Total (L1+L2+L3), total for both tariffs
Secondary value, active energy import and export:
(without accounting for transformer ratios)
* Total (L1+L2+L3), total for both tariffs - Number of energy tariffs: 2
Functions:
- Display of all the relevant measured variables of a power distribution system including energy consumption data for apparent, active and reactive energy
- Calculation and storage of the average values for active and reactive power during the last demand period for simple generation of load profiles using software
Period length can be set between 1 and 60 minutes
Time synchronization of the internal device clock via time server (SNTP) - Data that can be read out via the integrated communication interface:
Average values for active and reactive power, import and export
Minimum and maximum active and reactive power within the last demand period
Length of the current demand period in seconds
Time in seconds since the last synchronization or since completion of the last period - 1 x multifunctional digital output for the output of energy pulses proportional to active or reactive energy, to indicate the direction of rotation, as an operating state display for the device or as a switching output for remote control via the Modbus interface
- 1 x multifunctional digital input for tariff switching, as a pulse counter for energy counters with an S0 interface or for synchronizing the demand period for the generation of load profiles
- Intuitive operation with self-explanatory menus
