Bus sectionalizer panel V1.1 with circuit-breaker

The bus sectionalizer panels must be designed as follows:

  • 2 sets busbar extension
  • 1 set busbar plug-in unit
  • 1 vacuum circuit-breaker
    with AR capability, 630 A
    with maintenance-free operating mechanism as stored-energy spring mechanism, rated operating sequence (O-0.3sec-CO-3min-CO)
    with O manual operating mechanism
         X motor operating mechanism,
    for motor operating mechanism with control voltage acc. to the technical specifications in the preliminary remark.
    with mechanical ON / OFF buttons
    with auxiliary switch, free contacts:
    X 2NO+2NC+2ch.ov.
    O 7NO+7NC+2ch.ov.
    with mechanical indicator for "spring charged"
    with shunt release(f) or with c.t.-operated release for c.t.-operated protection device
    with mechanical counter for operating cycles
    with mechanical interlock between the circuit-breaker and the three-position switch, which prevents operation of the DISCONNECTING function with closed circuit-breaker.
    with locking device for circuit-breaker operating mechanism, for locking the pushbuttons of the circuit-breaker (CLOSE / OPEN) with a padlock.
  • 1 three-position disconnector, 630 A, with the switch positions CLOSED-OPEN-EARTHED, installed in the gas-filled stainless-steel vessel for earthing the cable feeder,
    with mechanical position indicator
    with spring-operated mechanism:
    with O manual operating mechanism
         X motor operating mechanism,
    for motor operating mechanism with control voltage acc. to the technical specifications in the preliminary remark.
    with auxiliary switch contacts:
    Disconnecting 1NO+1NC+2ch.ov. (CLOSED and OPEN)

    for operation with different operating levers for disconnecting and earthing (acc. to FNN recommendation)
  • 3 cable-type current transformers with protection core, mounted on the screened busbar section outside the switchgear vessel
    200A to 600A/1A; 2.5 VA / Cl. 5P / 10

1 capacitive voltage detecting system ________acc. to description

O 1 set single-pole insulated voltage transformers acc. to the selected operating voltage, metal-coated, for busbar voltage metering.
Pluggable on the additional bushings provided at the switchgear vessel.
