Application Area

The IWLAN client makes it possible to integrate wired subscribers of mobile and fixed system components into a wireless network in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands with high performance. The client supports IEEE 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) and WPA3. IT mechanisms such as RADIUS authentication and NAT functionality are available for convenient integration. Additional industrial functions (e.g. iFeatures or Layer 2 Tunnels) enable extended application possibilities. High robustness against reflections is possible through the use of both antenna connectors (MIMO technologies). The IP30 rated hardware also provides support through industry-specific temperature ranges, certifications, and mounting options. Easy device replacement by untrained personnel with complete configuration is done via the optional CLP.
